Stop, Relate, and Release.... Everyone, Everyone, May I have Your Attention Please? Let Us All, Take A Moment of Silence to Reflect upon the True Definition of Each One of these Words, And the Power that each Word carries on its own Merit. Imagine the Severity and Magnitude of the Situation when You put them altogether to form a sentence.

Sometimes Circumstances, and Situations, in life will force You to Stop Dead in Your Tracks. Take SELF Inventory, And Access Your Current Situation that You currently find Yourself being Faced with. You have to know when You have fought the Good Fight. Realize, And Accept that You have done All that You can do..... And Release!!! The Battle Is Not Yours.... It's The Lords!!! The Most High GOD.

Stop, Relate, and Release.... Forgive Me, I know that I am probably making it sound rather easy.... When in Truth, It really isn't. Although it can be done, Sometimes the Obstacles of Life, Can present many Struggles and Challenges, That You can feel like You don't know if You are Coming or Going. Life can be full of Ups and Downs, As Unfair as it may seem at the moment. It is Necessary, Adversity builds Character. They Call It... The Learning Curve!!!! Pray for the Strength to Endure. IT is in these moments that You must try and understand that it is only another part of the Journey, And it is Essential to Your Personal Development.

Learn to Stifle Your Anxiety, And Your Uncomfortable Fear of the Unknown. It can be Crippling!!! Allow Your Mind the Room, and the Ability to Trust the Process. Stop and take A look Around, What is it that The Most High GOD is trying to show You? Remember.... HE already knows the Answer.... The Revelation is for You!!!

Stop, Relate, and Release... The History Books, and Our Beloved Ancestors, Attest to the Fact that History does nothing but Repeat Itself. Life will always show You exactly what You need to know. If You are willing to pay attention to Your Guides and the Signs of life. The more that You watch something being done Repetitively, The more that You are Convinced that You can do it. You know How!!!

Stop, Relate, and Release.... That is why Most People are able to remain Calm, and not be Emotionally moved in The Beginning. No Matter what the Storm may look like. They have seen the End... They may have gotten a little Wet, Maybe even Drenched, But when it was All Over, they still came out Smelling like A Rose. Many Times Over.... Thorns and All!!! With The Most High GOD'S Help.... They Survived it then... They will Survive it Now. They Do Not Worry.... They Stop, Relate, and Release!!!

Stop, Relate, and Release.....If You are Blessed to live long enough, And You pay attention. To the never ending Fascinating Mysteries of Life, You will come to know its Truth for Yourself. Bearing All of that in Mind.... IT is Imperative that You pay Close Attention to How You Got to where You are. It is A Proven Fact that You can not continue to do things the same as You have.... For You will continue to Yield the same Results that You have always gotten. Sometimes Stop, Relate, and Release... Means Going Back to the Drawing Board. Coming Up with A Better Plan, In Most Cases, An Entirely New and Different One All Together. The Old Plan...No longer Serves Your Highest Good. So You Stop, Relate, and Release.... Try to Catch Your Breath, Get Your Bearings together.... And then Keep it Moving.

Stop, Relate, and Release.... Never Allow Yourself to Move So Fast that You can not Hear Your Name being called. Always Pay Attention, So that You never lose Focus of Your Assignment. The Journey of life comes with Its own Twists and Turns. It is Equivalent to A Box of Chocolates... You never know exactly what You will get. You learn to take the Good with the Bad, The Bitter with the Sweet.., And Just Enjoy the Ride!!!!

Stop, Relate, and Release.... Do Not Carry any Unnecessary Burdens that are Not your own. You Can Not Always Fix what You Did Not Break. What is Yours.....Is Yours!!! What Is Not... You Must Release... Anything that Prevents You from being The Best Version of You. Stop, Relate, and Release.... The Burden Can Become too much to Bare!!!
